Bio

Haidy Song was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Glendale. She earned a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from California State University Northridge. Haidy knew she wanted to become a teacher when she worked as a program leader at an after school program in Lincoln Heights, where she taught art, cooking, and photography. She later earned a Masters in Education from University of California Los Angeles. Haidy genuinely loves engaging with students and she is passionate about building a community of learners in the classroom. In her spare time, Haidy enjoys hanging out with friends, trying new foods, and traveling.
